Explanatory note

This class includes mainly non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer.

This class includes, in particular

• Soft drinks, including energy drinks and isotonic beverages
• Rice-based and soya-based beverages, other than milk substitutes
• Non-alcoholic beer
• Non-alcoholic essences and fruit extracts for making beverages

This class does not include, in particular

• Milk beverages and milk substitutes — class 29
• Coffee-, tea- and cocoa-based beverages — class 30
• Alcoholic beverages, except beer — class 33
